From the South Interstate
- Interstate 77 north
- Exit Interstate 64 east
- Exit I 64 at Exit 139 Hinton/Sandstone exit
- Turn Left on Rt. 20 south, 10 miles to Hinton
- At 1 st traffic light in Hinton Turn Right
- Now crossing bridge over the New River
- Turn Right immediately at bridge end
- Turn right again on Sandstone Falls/River road, State Route 26
- Go 4.5 miles to New River Falls Lodge.
- On the right just past Brooks Falls Viewing area
Optional Scenic From the South (also shortest route)
- I-77 North
- Exit Route 20 north at Athens, WV (just past Princeton)
- Route 20 north to Hinton
- Past Dairy Queen
- Past Route 3 junction
- When you come to stop sign at bridge continue straight, do not cross the bridge over the river. At next intersection turn right on RT. 26, Sandstone Falls River Road, continue 4.5 miles to New River Falls Lodge on the right.
From the North
- Interstate 77 south
- Exit to Interstate 64 east
- Follow above directions from the south interstate
If traveling from the east/west simply connect to Interstate 64, then exit at 139 Hinton/Sandstone and follow above directions for from the south interstate.
