| The Falls Lodge is our premiere accommodation for larger size families and groups available for daily and weekly rental. This early-American styled lodge is a four bedroom, four bathroom unit. The lodge is fully furnished and beautifully decorated with hardwood and tiled floors, a gas fireplace accented in stone and wood on the lower level. |

Three spacious bedrooms are located on the carpeted upper level and are decorated using quilt work patterns for the beds, draperies, and shower curtains. Furnishings are hand worked hardwoods throughout. One bedroom is located on the lower level. All bedrooms on the upper level have a private bathroom with bathtub and shower. The lower level room has a bathroom with vanity located across the hall. |
| All bedrooms have central heat and air conditioning, new bedding and mattress, three queen sizes and one full bed. Luxury linens and bath towels included. Rooms equipped with hairdryers, soaps, shampoos, and conditioners. Large closets ensure guests plenty of storage space. |

The Lodge features spacious gathering areas on the lower level including a living room/den area with several couches and loungers, a formal dining area with large table, desk, and sectional sofa. The lodge kitchen is well equipped with all major appliances, ample refrigeration, and abundant countertop and dry storage area. Riverview windows surround the dining area and make for great scenic views of the river and mountains while enjoying meals or just relaxing. |
| The lodge has satellite TV local phone, central heating and air conditioning, refrigeration, electric stove/oven, laundry center, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, cookware, dishes, and flatware. Furnished supplies include coffee, filters, salt/pepper, trash bags, hand soaps, dish soap, automatic dishwasher detergent, paper towels, laundry detergents, fabric softeners, stain removers, and light cleaning supplies. |

Internet, fax, and copy machine available at the office. Guests at the Lodge have complimentary usage of canoe, rowboat, lifejackets, mountain bikes, horseshoes, volleyball, badminton, croquet, and other yard games. Join us in the evenings for complimentary campfires. Be sure to bring your marshmallows. |
