Cottage rates are based on occupancy of four adults and two children. Cottage units sleeps four. Additional guests are permitted, fees apply.
- Falls Lodge 3 Bedroom rates are based on occupancy of six adults and two children. This unit sleeps six. Additional guests are permitted, fees apply.
- Falls Lodge 4 Bedroom rates are based on occupancey of eight adults and two children. This unit sleeps eight. Additional guests are permitted, fees apply.
- Linens and towels are provided for the number of guests the unit sleeps.

Additional guest costs:
- Check In 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Check Out 11:00 AM
- Arrivals after 6:00 PM must call to make arrangements at least 24 hours prior to check in date.
- Quiet hours 11:00 PM
- Deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation is required to confirm reservation. Deposit is non-refundable. Payable by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
- Balance due in full day of check in.
- Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Traveler’s Checks, and Cash accepted.
- Our West Virginia lodge is a family friendly vacation destination. Children under 10 years of age must be adult supervised at all times.
- Pet friendly lodging is available in select cottages ; however owners must call prior for pet policies and charges.
- Buildings, rooms, and cottages are SMOKE FREE.
- Smoking permitted outdoors only.
- Alcohol permitted within reason.
