- Deposit equal to one night is required to confirm bed and breakfast room reservation, refundable, less $15.00 cancellation fee, if cancellation is received 72 hours prior to reservation date. If cancellation is received less than 72 hours you will be charged in full for the reservation.
- Cottage deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation is required to confirm cottage rental reservation, refundable, less $15.00 cancellation fee, if cancellation is received two weeks prior to reservation. If cancellation is received with less than two weeks to reservation date, the deposit is non refundable on cottages.
